    Our company has developed the RTZM lighting busway series specifically to meet the practical power distribution needs of low-current applications with frequent tap-offs,such as light industrial assembly lines,data center equipment rooms,shopping mall,supermarkets,and parking facilities.

    This busway system employs a modular design,enabling simple plug-in connections to distribute power for lighting systems.It provides sufficient power branches with essential protection while mechanically supporting the weight load of lighting fixtures.

    The RTZM lighting busway features a high-quality extruded aluminum alloy enclosure,characterized by its lightweight,compact size,and high mechanical strength.The busbar conductors are made of premium copper,wrapped in environmentally friendly,low-smoke zero-halogen(LSZH), flame-retardant insulation.Multiple sockets can be customized in practical applications,offering installation and distribution flexibility to adapt to any complex scenario.

    The RTZM lighting busway mainly consists of straight sections,feeder units,tap-off units,flexible elbows,and various fixing brackets and accessories.All components and accessories are standardized and modularized throughout the design and production process to ensure easy installation and application.

    RTZM-S Connection Plug The plug features a flame-retardant ABS plastic body with a composite design,offering light weight,high strength,long service life,and excellent insulation.Silver-plated  spring clips ensure reliable electrical connections.The extended grounding pin design makes  contact before and disconnects after the phase pins to prevent electric shock.Clamps adjacent to the plug unit lock securely onto the busway, guaranteeing stable electrical contact and enhanced protection.

    The RTZM-D lighting busway features an all-aluminum alloy enclosure that is lightweight yet high in strength,with a protection rating of up to IP55.The enclosure offers excellent corrosion  resistance,electrical conductivity,and thermal conductivity,providing at least 50% equivalent  grounding capability.The LB-D design utilizes low-magnetic materials to minimize hysteresis  losses,enhance energy transfer efficiency,and reduce system voltage drop.

    The Lighting busway flexible elbow consists of two feed units which are connected through a flexible tube.You can change the direction or height of the busway,or by passing an obstacleby using the flexible length,the installation method is the same as joining two straight length.

    Mounting brackets are used to suspend lighting busways and the electrical cables or chains of luminaires, and can also be employed to support connection areas for enhanced mechanical strength.This accessory can secure both luminaires and busways.

    The installation of two straight sections is illustrated in the diagram below.Simply connect two  adjacent straight sections with a gentle push,ensuring the joint is fully engaged without  gaps.The installation is straightforward and convenient.
