RT-CMC Series Low-Impedance Compact Busway uses a typical sandwich structure with closely arranged conductors for overall heat dissipation.The compact design occupies less space,making it a safe and reliable power distribution system.The product's protection level can reach up to IP66 according to user needs.It is suitable for three-phase three-wire,three- phase four-wire,and three-phase five-wire systems(with enclosure as PE,or with PE cross- section half of phase line),frequency 50-60Hz,rated operating voltage up to 690V,rated insulation voltage up to 1000V,and rated operating current 250-6300A power supply systems. It features stable reliability,high power distribution efficiency,good heat dissipation,low voltage drop,high mechanical strength and easy installation.The product can be widely used in large commercial plazas,buildings,stadiums,hospitals,industrial plants and other projects as an efficient power transmission and distribution system for high currents.The aluminum alloy shell design not only reduces the weight of the busway,but fully considers the high stability requirements of vertical shaft installation,improves system reliability and applicability,and greatly reduces the impact of high-current eddy current and hysteresis loss on the busway system.

System Components-Basic Description
The RT-CMC Compact Busway System can be used for connections between transformers and distribution cabinets,as well as for supplying power to loads.The system's protection rating can reach up to IP65,enabling it to adapt to various harsh environments.The tap-off box provides a maximum rated output current of 1250A,offering users a reliable load environment,while the high protection rating ensures the safety of maintenance personnel.

- Plug in box
Easy installation and simple operation;it needs an ordinary wrench to finished plug in box,easily insert the mechanica linkage self-ocking mechanism,it the box have not installed,can not be switching on,or power on,it can not open the box,to prevent misoperation,ensure reliable.

T structure,accurate positioning,universal,stable and reliable.

- Conductor
High speed sawing,smooth incision without burr,high precision sawing,ensure cutting flat,reduces the temperature rise of the busbar joint;
The copper conductor is made of grade A standard copper treated by special process and divided by spectrum analysis,strict control of trace element content,conductor copper content ≥99.97%,under the condition of the same section,the loss of the bus itself is reduced by 3%~5%.Conductor surface processing,unique alloy plating process,lower contact resistance,tin plating,silver plating is optional.
