    Scope Of Application

    YZM series lighting bus duct is mainly used in lighting power transmission system. Especially large shopping malls, supermarkets, hospitals, stations, terminals, airport waiting rooms, modern offices, ground, Lighting and power systems for large spaces such as parking garages, tunnels, and industrial plants.

    Structural Features

    The illuminated bus duct shell is made of track-type aluminum alloy profiles, which is simple and quick to assemble and has beautiful appearance;
    All current level bus ducts use the same specification shell, and the connections use standard connection terminals, which has good versatility;
    Use insulating parts to support and separate insulated wires, making electricity safe and reliable;
    Using universal two-hole and three-hole sockets, it is convenient and fast to draw out branch power;
    The socket setting is conducive to three-phase load balancing;
    Various on-site installation methods are provided, allowing users to use them flexibly according to their needs.

    Structural Properties

    The shell is extruded and made of rail-type aluminum alloy profiles. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, high strength, beautiful appearance and durability. It is suitable for daily use in various places.
    It is used for power supply and distribution of fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps and other lighting equipment, and can also be used in long-span on-site installation and construction.
    It can be configured into three-phase four-wire system, three-phase five-wire system, etc.
    It adopts the standard configuration of two-hole, three-hole and other multi-hole seed heads for power feeding, making the lead wire safe and convenient.

    Product Usage Environment Conditions

    The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than 40°C, and the temperature evaluation value measured within 24 hours shall not be higher than 35°C.  The lower limit of the ambient air temperature is -25°C.
    Altitude: The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2,000 meters.
    Pollution level: not exceeding the Level 2 regulations in GB/T1408.1.
    Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and its relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is 40°C.  When the temperature is lower, higher relative humidity is allowed. For example, at 20℃ 90℃, pay attention to the occasional condensation due to temperature changes.
    Note: YZM series lighting bus duct cannot be installed and used in the open air, and cannot be exposed to the sun or rain;  nor can it be used in places with severe corrosive gases such as acid.

    Lighting Bus Duct Body
    The straight component shell is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate and becomes the skeleton carrier of the lighting bus duct.  The shell also functions as a grounding protective conductor PE wire.

    Branch circuit connection sockets (standard type) with a pitch of one meter are non-standard according to user requirements.
    Connect the broadcast base to ensure that the conductors in the bus duct are connected automatically at the same time.  The contacts are of the spring leaf clamp type, which avoids stress on plastic parts.
    The left end of the straight member has a mechanical locking and clamping device to ensure the rigidity of the assembly of the two members.  Two straight elements allow for quick and easy assembly. Electrical connection of protective conductor (external link).
    Continuity is automatically guaranteed.  Tighten a locking screw to complete the assembly process.  All insulation materials and plastic accessories are flame retardant and insulating.

    Note: The insulation resistance between the phases of the lighting bus duct and between the phase conductors and the grounding terminal is 240M dielectric strength;  under normal use conditions of the lighting bus duct, the insulation resistance between the phase conductors, and the withstand voltage test between the live parts and the shell is 2500V, which lasts for 1 minute, and there is no breakdown or flash soldering phenomenon.

    The left power box is used to power cables to the lighting bus duct;  the right power box is used to transmit power from the lighting bus duct to other lines, and can also supply power to the lighting bus duct from the right cable. All power boxes are at the end of the straight member and are assembled by locking spring bolts.  They are equipped with 10mm2 wire terminals and sealing covers.
