Conductor material: Electrolytic copper or aluminum alloy conductors are used. Copper conductors meet the resistivity requirements of GB/T 3956-2008, and aluminum alloy conductors meet the mechanical strength standards of GB/T 29920-2013.

Insulation structure: The resin-cast shell has an IP66 protection level (in compliance with IEC 60529 standard), is filled with flame-retardant epoxy resin, and has a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 90°C.

    ◆Dynamic mechanical tests show that it can withstand 0.3g earthquake acceleration (equivalent to level 8 earthquake resistance)

    ◆Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness >60dB, protection level IP54, adaptable to harsh industrial environments

     

    Certification Standards

    IEC898/GB10963-1999: General specifications applicable to low-voltage circuit breakers, covering key indicators such as breaking capacity and temperature rise test.

    CCC certification: According to GB 10963.1-2014 (equivalent to IEC 60898-1), it is required to pass short-circuit breaking capacity, durability and other tests.

    CE certification: Complies with EN 41003-2008 and LVD directives, and conductor resistance, insulation withstand voltage and EMC test reports are required.
