Scope Of Application
RTFHM fireproof bus duct is suitable for AC 50-60Hz, rated voltage 660V and below, and rated current 250-3150A three-phase four-wire system with high fire protection requirements. When a fire occurs within 3-5 minutes, the paint begins to foam and expand to form a heat insulation layer.
The thermal conductivity increases rapidly, effectively reducing transfer of heat. All performance indicators of the refractory coating used in this refractory busbar comply with GB14907-94 standards. In order to meet the fire-resistant requirements, the phase isolation blocks and joint spacers are made of high-temperature resistant ceramic materials. The ceramic AL203 content is more than 95%. Under normal conditions, its dielectric Performance and mechanical properties are as follows: dielectric strength 13kV/mm, volume resistivity >20MQ.cm, flexural strength 250MPa.
The temperature resistance effect of this ceramic is particularly significant. When the temperature reaches 900°C, the insulation resistance is measured as TOMQ.cm. Due to the good stability of ceramics, there is no aging problem of insulating materials. This effectively extends the service life of the busbar.

The bus duct can withstand 2500V power frequency withstand voltage, and there will be no breakdown or flashover for 1 minute.
The bus duct uses high-strength ceramics as the phase isolation material so that it can withstand strong electric stress and thermal stress.When the bus duct is supplied with rated current for a long time, it conducts electricity.
