Dense bus duct
Scope Of Application
RTCCX series dense insulated green bus duct is suitable for power supply and distribution systems with AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems, frequency 50-60Hz, and rated current 100~5000A.
It is used to output electric energy from power supply and distribution systems in industries, mines, enterprises and high-rise buildings. It is especially suitable for the renovation of workshops and old enterprises.
Structural Features
Strong heat dissipation ability.
This series of busbars are closely connected to each other, phase to phase and phase to outside: it can withstand large electric stress and stress and can quickly fix the heat of the power station. At the same time, it adopts double-connected steel bar connection.
Joint, effectively increasing the contact area of the can and greatly reducing the moisture rise at the joint.
Flexible Wiring
This series of bus duct plug-in interfaces is flexible and convenient to set up. It can set up a large number of sockets and has strong versatility. When adjusting the position of electrical equipment, there is no need to change the power supply system.
The bus duct complies with IEC439-2 and GB7251.2-1997. The bus duct can ensure normal operation under rated current and 110% rated voltage for a long time.
The bus duct passed the dynamic and thermal stability test according to the data in Table (1), and the bus duct showed no detectable permanent deformation after the test.
RTCCX-2A series bus duct can withstand 3750V.T frequency withstand voltage, and it lasts for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
When the rated current is supplied for a long period of time, the temperature rise of the conductive parts shall not exceed the values listed in Table (2).
