Product Overview
1.Electrical performance
Wide current carrying capacity: Copper conductors support 400A~6300A, and aluminum conductors cover 100A~5000A, adapting to power distribution needs of different scales.
Industrial-grade voltage system: Rated working voltage is 690V, and insulation withstand voltage is up to 1000V, ensuring safe operation in high-load scenarios.
Global power grid compatibility: Supports 50Hz/60Hz dual-frequency design, suitable for international project deployment.
2.Conductor and Structure
Dual Material Conductor Options:
High conductivity copper (purity ≥99.95%) or reinforced aluminum alloy conductor.
Lightweight protective shell: Extruded aluminum-magnesium alloy shell, with corrosion resistance, heat dissipation enhancement and grounding continuity (the shell also serves as 50% PE wire).
3.Insulation and protection
Environmentally friendly insulation technology:
B-grade polyester film (temperature resistance 130℃) or F-grade epoxy powder coating (temperature resistance 155℃), passed ROHS environmental certification.
Multiple protection levels: standard configuration IP54 (dust and splash proof) or IP65 (completely dust and high-pressure washing resistant).
4.Modular design
Flexible length configuration: 1m/2m/3m/4m standard sections are provided.
Multi-line system: Optional 3P3W/3P4W/3P5W system, including overall grounding or independent grounding scheme.
Disassembled and reusable: The bolted connection structure supports repeated assembly after maintenance disassembly, reducing replacement costs.
