Busduct Trunking System

The Busduct Trunking System has a current range of 400 to 6000 amperes, an insulation voltage of up to 1000V, and a housing made of aluminum-magnesium pultrusion. The Busduct Trunking System offers copper-aluminum dual conductor material options to meet diverse operating needs, and the product is also equipped with high-performance insulation materials, including polyester film and epoxy powder. In terms of protection levels, it includes IP54, IP55 and IP65. The IP54 and IP55 ratings indicate that the system is dust-proof and splash-proof and suitable for general industrial environments. For more demanding applications, the IP65 rating ensures a completely sealed structure and successfully passed the 1000-hour salt spray test to ensure that it can withstand high-pressure water washing. This level of protection is critical for industries such as petrochemicals and ships that are often exposed to harsh environments.

    1.Wide current coverage (400~6000A)

    Using a modular segmented design, the copper conductor version has a current-carrying efficiency of 99% (purity ≥ 99.96%), and the aluminum conductor is enhanced with trace elements to increase its current-carrying capacity by 15%.

    2‌.Dual Conductor Material Option‌

    Copper conductor: in compliance with GB5585 standard, contact surface is silver-plated to reduce contact resistance.

    Aluminum conductor: Anodizing technology enhances oxidation resistance, increases strength by 20% and reduces weight by 35%.

    4.Multiple protection levels (IP54/IP55/IP65)

    IP54/IP55: Dust and splash proof, suitable for general industrial environments.

    IP65: The fully sealed structure passes the 1000-hour salt spray test and can withstand high-pressure water washing.

    5.Extruded aluminum alloy housing

    It is made of aluminum-magnesium alloy pultrusion, and the passivation treatment increases the corrosion resistance by 3 times. The overall shell also serves as a PE line to reduce impedance. The mechanical strength is 15% higher than that of the steel shell, and the heat dissipation performance is improved by 25%.

    This model is suitable for harsh scenarios such as petrochemicals and ships, and supports 50Hz/60Hz dual-frequency power grids.
