Bus duct Tap-off Box

The bus duct junction box is an essential component in modern power distribution systems, designed to facilitate the safe and efficient transmission of power from the bus duct system to individual branch circuits. This product meets strict industry standards to ensure reliability and safety in power distribution environments. Rated at 380V AC, 50Hz, and suitable for three-phase four-wire or five-wire configurations, this junction box is a versatile choice for a variety of applications in commercial and industrial environments.

A key feature of the bus duct junction box is its strong electrical performance. Its design follows the highest standards, with insulation resistance values exceeding 20MΩ in unit testing. This ensures that the junction box can maintain long-term stable operation at the specified voltage level. In addition, the contact resistance of the wire connection point is kept to a minimum level, that is, 0.1Ω or less, ensuring low-loss transmission and safe isolation. These performance indicators are critical to maintaining the integrity of the distribution system and preventing potential failures that may cause downtime or safety hazards.

    Product Features

    1.Rated voltage system

380V AC power distribution: The junction box design strictly matches the busbar trunk system standard and is suitable for three-phase four-wire/five-wire power distribution environment with a rated voltage of 380V and a frequency of 50Hz. Its conductor insulation material and structural design must meet the long-term stable operation requirements under this voltage level.

Electrical performance guarantee: Insulation resistance value ≥ 20MΩ (unit test), conductor connection point contact resistance ≤ 0.1Ω, ensuring low-loss transmission and safe isolation.

    2.Interlocking safety device

Mechanical interlock protection: The branch line interface is equipped with a forced interlocking mechanism. The special operating handle must be used to release the mechanical lock before the plug box can be inserted/unplugged, effectively preventing the risk of live operation.

Electrical interlock extension: Optional electrical interlock modules (such as auxiliary contacts) can be linked with the protection circuit of the power distribution system to achieve "open-unlock" logic control and prevent arc faults caused by misoperation.

    3.Handle operation type

Type Structural characteristics Applicable scenarios Operation standards

Rotational torque type Built-in torque limiting mechanism High-precision connection location Bolt tightening torque up to 40-50N·m

Folding insulation type Retractable EPDM rubber handle Narrow space maintenance Insulation level 1000V/1min.
